Poodle lost through mobile phone NFC function scan "dog tag" to find the owner

On Aug. 1, a poodle was brought to the canine Management office.  The citizen who found it said that on the night of July 31, he saw the dog running around on Jiangbin Road. The dog had a leash and dog tags on its neck, but he could not find the owner of the dog for a long time. He hoped the staff could help him find the owner.  

The staff scanned the dog tag through the NFC function of the mobile phone, and found that the dog's number was 49, its name was Ping An, and its owner was Ms. Wu.  The staff then contacted Ms Wu.  Ms. Wu quickly went to the dog management office to pick up her dog.  

Since June this year, my county implemented free for dog license, currently issued a total of "dog registration certificate" and dog tags more than 360 pieces, 360 dogs to obtain legal identity.  Citizens who find lost dogs with dog tags can use the NFC function of mobile phones to scan the dog tags and find the owner.
